Golfer is correct. By mid-September this forum will be history in its current incarnation. Between now and then we're moving much of the material over to a new site hosted on my crapsfest.com website. Feel free to noodle on over there and sign up for a membership. Please note that memberships must be approved by you know who. If you are someone I am not acquainted with - either from on-line or in the casino - then expect to get an e-mail from me asking for a little personal info before I grant you access to the forum. It is what it is - an effort to keep out the flamers, spammers, and nuisance posters. There is also some content on the forum that I'd prefer not to make available to the "general public" without at least some notion as to who you are.
If there is content on this forum that you would like to copy and save for your PERSONAL use then that's fine. However, please remember that everything on this forum is subject to copyright and cannot be used by anyone other than the author for commercial purposes. Again, it is what it is. Copying and reading is fine. Copying and selling is not.

Hey Golfer! Well, poker was great up until about May. Started catching really cold cards and started running bad after many months of running great. Got really busy in June and July, but when I did sit down to play poker... nothing good happening. Decided to take a break from poker until the fall and have been to (casino name deleted per ProBoards TOS) a couple times in the past few weeks. Soo... I'm back to the grind with Dave's playbook for the time being. Glad to hear you are well. I was at the Four Winds back the middle of July. Had never been there. Very nice place and left even! "Even is a win..." !

Re: Shooting With "Rooster", Darkside « Result #7 on Jul 30, 2010, 12:06pm »
Hi Guys; Hey BB , I might have been there with them except I've been talked into leaving the table toooooo soon many times to go eat[ even though I need to ] or to just change casinos when I hadn't felt the need to do so...
This table was "smokin" cold ...Not one point in 1/2 an hr...Then out of the blue with my dp & dc bets & lay bets on the 4,5,9 a new shooter rolls 4 -6's in a row and I'm thinking the table is turning , be carefull..
This new shooter tosses 6's and back to back 10's and I;m thinking he can't miss my lay bets forever , but he did..He must have tossed near 20 tosses and my bets are still up..I told Rooster the 7 was due and next roll here is "Ole Ugly" and were gettingpaid...It's a win none the less after watching all those #'s being thrown..
We're now down to 2 players besides us and I know it's not long before we'll need new blood but players looking for a table to play on are giving this table a wide berth...
This is where Rooster makes his first hand pay off followed by the monster...I was priviledged to be at the table in Vegas year before last when " Chinese V-3 Setter" lit up the table with his 73 roll hand..And thanks again CV-3S as you brought me back from an $800 trip loss to + $375 and I'm outa here going home a winner...
So , that's my comparrison for the total # of tosses by Rooster...I got to the point where I'd decided to just let the chips fall where they would..No more turning them off for stick change, waiting for a box#to be rolled , dice off the table or any other concern , just take what comes our way..
My front rail was full of re chips while the back rail had twice as many [more] green chips as red chips..Toward the end of his hand I pressed 5 payoffs in a row without collecting much for my rack...But like i said ,I 'd decided to let her run and I'd been same betting my wins for 2-3 rolls before going up...
If this hand had been handled right [not working from a huge loss position ] there's no telling what might have been the final chip count..It's true, " Color Comming In" is a beautifull thing !!!!!!
After all this energy being used up and standing for a lengthy time we went to the buffet to eat before driving home..As i had received a blessing in this win at the tables it was only fitting or me to share that blessing , with Roosters lead, with our favorite waitress who takes such good care of us even when other patrons are not even leaving a lowly $1 tip for her service..
She was going on a short " Girls Trip " and we were in a position to " Pay It Foward" to help her out...Give as you receive is such a great feeling. Seeing the joy on her face was as exciting as the win we received...Thanks "Mrs D ' for your kind spirit which has brightened our day so many times....
Even more as I recall events on H's Axis board.....Tracks

Shooting With "Rooster", Darkside « Result #9 on Jul 29, 2010, 3:58pm »
Hi Guys; I've posted a few times about trying to find tables where Dave's system really worked..usually a choopy tale at best
My last trip was totally down hill on the 'Do" side and I was down to $47 before I'd be pulling the plug on the entire trip...Sometimes enough is just enough and you can't even think about a re-buy..
So facing extension from the game I had just enough for 1 DP and a Dc , both with $15 lay odds...I waited and waited and finally "Ole Ugly" showed his head and some chips came my way..
I always look to see if there's a trend that will support the Darkside and not just be a choppy table..Our local pal rooster [ not yet a BM] plays the don't frequently even when the chop is in full force..Several times this trip he was down to it and came back from the edge before falling into the abyss...
So we continued making Dps and DCs laying odds...His always bigger than mine, ok with me as I'm also adding chips to the rail while the trend is clearing out the table
Finally only 1 other player left and I'm looking at a $300+ come back on the don't..This was my only decent session win and it was only putting a dent in my trip losses..I wasn't going to touch any part of that recovery but I did have $22 I'd put back to bet on Roosters' next atempt from the pass line...
What followed next I'll never forget...Rooster had a 25+ hand and we waited for the dice to return...I passed them back to Rooster and there heent...
I had $22 inside action before the first hand then after the next hand he tossed for an hour with between 70 and 100 tosses ....It was beautifull as he continued to ignore the boxperson who was all over him about the dice that missed the back wall now and then...
A crowd gathered in the pit to see the action and they got a great show..When it all ended my 4 was at$100 the 9 was at$150,the 6 was at $90, the 8 was at $60, the nine was at 75, and the 10 was at $50..
I am a red chip player on disability and this was the first hand I'd ever had all the box #'s presses over $50 each in 1 hand..The dealer asked me what I wanted after a second hit on the 9 at the %50 level and I said I hadn't been there before but press to $100...Then I went to $150 on the next hit and the hand ended soon after..
It prolly was for the best as Rooster was wore out and i would need medical attention if it went much longer...How much fun that was...Too bad our other local guys had headed for home just tooo early as they weren't having much success at that point..
just before his 2 good hands Rooster asked if I was ready to leave and I said "No" this table is paying off on the dont's like a sslot machine...If things turned for the worst I'd be ready...
What a finish to a trip that I found myself looking at my 3rd largest loss ever ..Just to show that a great hand can develope at anytime..It brought me back to a +$400 win...
Thanks Rooster for being that instrument of blessings ....Tracks

Yo All,
It is sooooo hot here even at 11:00PM it's in the 90's ! Well, my car fell apart with a bad alt., battery, the belt idlers frose-up and I had the 2nd alt. installed in 24 hrs this morning....
My car would not start at the health club or at Costco this afternoon.
At times, I feel like I am doing penance for things I did wrong in my most recent past lije....scratch that ....due to past life regression work, I DO KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG.....and I am not going to share that.....yet.
I went to Table Mt. yesterday and I was blown-off my game plan and dumped 4 bennies, in craps, chasing my losses ...dumb.
I played from 7:00 AM until 11:30AM.
In BJ I made + $355.00....so...I went home with a net of...... - $45.00. ...Not too bad a day...coming back from minus ....$

You continue to amaze me with your tenacity in working the various systems on the market. I, for one, appreciate all of the detail. Thanks for posting.

Good Whatever....
Damn, it is hot here....almost 90 degrees at 11PM.
I would like to know.....does anyone have any information on renting or buying land or a small cottage up on Mt. Charleston ...22 miles from DT Vegas ?
I have seen small places for sale on the 11,919 foot Mt. in the Vegas papers but I have not checked then out.
I was late this morning in leaving for Table Moutain Casino. It was after 6AM before I was on the road....arriving at 7:15AM I parked on the 4th floor of the parking structure.
The Casino was empty except for the Asians playing all-night Spanish 21. The Craps machine had no players....just the way I like it.
When the Craps Machine does have players, they keep finger-punching their video screens and that resets the 10-second, place-your-bets, timer .....again and again....making the game boring because of the wait between RNG outcomes.
I like using my ... " 3+CAPPING " system on the machine. It turns the laws-of-probability in my favor before I bet into the 8-step neg. progression.
I started betting the table min. of $2.00 on the DP line to chart what pattern the RNG was going to put out.
The first point was set as a 5. I declined DP odds when the machine offered them and instead I " bought " the five for $2.00.
The roll went : 5,4,10,5. I lost the DP bet but won the buy-bet on the 5. The net result being .....I paid .10 cents vig and cleared .90 cents profit with ZERO gaming-kitty risk ! ....how cool is that ?
I use a $15.00 progression when at least 3 same-way out comes occur, back to back, and the string is then " capped " with a win the other way. I then bet into the 8-step neg. progression.
An example.... my opening outcomes :
PL WIN DP WIN DP WIN DP WIN ....string of 3 same-way outcomes now set. PL WIN.... above string is " Capped " by PL win.... betting $15.00 on PL DP WIN.... - $15.00 DP WIN ... - $25.00 PL WIN ... + $40.00... The next Martin Silverthorne, " NEURAL CRAPS SYSTEM " move would have been to step-down to the next betting level at $25.00..but...the opening outcomes were NOT clumping in clumps...so... I quit this play and waited for the next..." 3+ Capping " situation to set-up.
I was also waiting for Mr. Gay's 77 Craps System to set-up. His system is based on waiting for two 7's to appear, back to back.
The 77's are playable if non-box numbers appear between the 7's....ie:...7,2,7 or ...7,3,12,2,7 or ...any variations of the examples.
It seems Mr. Gay has found a way to exploit 7's when the sevens are running ? ....hummmm ?
He hedges the, yet-to-be-rolled, C/O Number by looking back on the numbers rolled and using the number that has NOT come up for the longest time as a lay-bet to protect his DP or DC bet.
When his DP/DC number travels....he takes down his hedged "Lay bet." and waits for the outcome.
In back-testing, I have found it is best to take only two losses in a row....- $20.00/- $40.00 and then wait for the two loses to be " capped " by a win ( if you had bet it ) before going to the third bet....a ... "recovery-of-losses " bet of $60.00 in the DP line box or DC box and then fully hedging it with the " lay bet. "
Two times the 77 bet set-up: .... 7,7,7 2 and 7,7,7 3. I looked back on my charts and hedged them both with the non-appearing nine for $30.00 and quickly bet $20.00 in the DP box.
The HEDGES WORKED GREAT ! ..... - $20.00 on the DP lines...but.... off-setting + $20.00 wins with the hedges when the 3rd seven's showed.
I replaced the bets and won off the DP lines ( + $40.00 total ) when the 2 and 3 appeared on the C/O rolls.
I wanted to continue playing but I follow the gaming instructions of Clifton Davis. ( Beat the Casino.com ) He claims to have played BJ, in the mornings only, for 3 years, in AC, and never had a losing day !
The Casino at 10:30AM was filling up very quickly with bus tour people and regular players....NOT good for winning $$$ off the Casino.
I stood and watched the BJ dealer kill the table players with 20's and 21's ...over and over.... just before I went home.
Playing head-to-head with the dealer, one hour before, I could not lose a hand for 40 minutes ! ( Thanks for the tip Mr. Davis )
I traded Mr. Davis a comped ( Harraha's ) Apple I-Pod, a new Sony radio and alot of junk I bought at the .99 Cent Store for his $500.00/$500.00 BJ Systems ..." World Class BJ " and " NBJ BJ. "
After playing BJ when I am at my best ( in the early AM ) with basically nobody in the Casino, as per his instructions ( and many more of his tricks ) I can see how he played 3 yrs. without a losing day.
I will post his ... " Bible rules to winning BJ " on my next post.

Yup, but that roulette game there and in Biloxi carries a heavy tax to overcome, 5.56% I believe. Find us a low vig Rapid Craps game where we shoot and make all the progression bets we want to without dealer hassles. Again, here's hoping it's still there when I finally get there (Vegas) or some smart exec brings it to MS. Heard it is available for Baccarat too!
